At Four Pack of Love and Executive Mama™️, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s what to expect from the moment you check out to the day your package arrives.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Flat-rate shipping: $6.00 on U.S. orders under $50.
- FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t able to take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their care.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with the carrier first, then email us at 4packoflove@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos and we’ll make it right.
