I’m Ann — leader, builder, mom, and the woman behind Executive Mama™.
I’ve led in manufacturing, built teams, carried the pressure, missed moments, made it to others, and learned the hard way what it costs when you’re always showing up for everyone else.
Executive Mama™ was built from those lessons.
Not perfection.

I believe leadership doesn’t end when the workday does. It shows up in the boardroom, at the kitchen table, in the hard conversations, the boundaries we set, and the choices we make for ourselves.
