At Executive Mama and Four Pack of Love, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. To start a return, email us at 4packoflove@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Personal care or hygiene-related items.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale items. See “Sale Items” below.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — processing delays are common.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
